Uluwatu Tour will take you to explore one of the most iconic temples in the southern part of Bali — the Uluwatu Temple. This temple stands on a 70-meter-high limestone cliff, overlooking the vast Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views and a truly magical atmosphere.
Uluwatu Temple is dedicated to Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in his manifestation as Rudra, the god who protects the southwest direction of Bali. The site is also believed to guard the island from evil spirits coming from the sea.
Every day at 6:00 PM, visitors can enjoy the Kecak Fire Dance performance at Uluwatu Temple. This traditional Balinese dance features rhythmic chanting, fire, and scenes from the Ramayana epic, all set against the glowing sunset and the stunning ocean backdrop.
Extra Note:
Uluwatu Temple is home to many monkeys, and some of them can be quite aggressive. We recommend removing your glasses and keeping any shiny or eye-catching items safely stored, as the monkeys might try to grab them.
This Uluwatu Tour also includes an exciting adventure at Tanjung Benoa, the center of Bali’s water sports activities.
Your package already comes with a voucher for two people to enjoy a Banana Boat ride. If you’d like to try more activities, we’ll be happy to arrange extra time for you.
For the water sport activities, we’ll usually bring you to Tanjung Benoa first during this Uluwatu Tour to avoid the strong midday sun. Enjoying the water sports in the morning is highly recommended for a more comfortable and pleasant experience.
To end your Uluwatu Tour perfectly, we’ll bring you to Jimbaran Beach for a relaxing sunset experience. Enjoy a romantic evening by the ocean as you dine on freshly grilled local seafood — a perfect way to close the day.
The seafood dinner at Jimbaran is not included in the tour price, as everyone has their own preferences for dishes and restaurants. We will drop you off at Jimbaran Beach, where you can freely choose your favorite spot to enjoy dinner by the sea
The Uluwatu Tour will finish after your dinner at Jimbaran Beach. After that, we’ll take you back to your hotel to rest and prepare for the next day’s tour program.
